How do I register for a Customer Portal account

Currently Customer Portal accounts are automatically created for customers who upgrade too or purchase any of our Version 8.0 software.

This includes:

  • Aspire
  • VCarve Pro
  • VCarve Desktop
  • Cut2D Pro
  • Cut2D Desktop

When the account is created, the customer will be sent an automatic invitation email that contain setup instructions and a special web link.

This weblink is unique to each customer and when clicked will take you to a webpage where you can enter your own private password, and a confirmation of that password to activate the account.

Password setup

Once the password is entered, a second email will be sent to you containing another link.

When this link is clicked it will complete the activation and take the customer to a sign in screen for the Customer Portal.

Automated email can sometimes be caught in Spam or Junk folders, please check for this if you have not yet recieved an Invitation email or the second Confirmation email.
